We have a moral imperative
to not be silent.
We are Greater Cleveland Congregations (GCC) and Greater Boston Interfaith Organization (GBIO), two broad-based power organizations with members that include faith groups, unions, nonprofits, and community groups.
We demand that Citizens Bank stop the further financing of The GEO Group and Core Civic immediately. Together we have pledged to remove millions of our dollars from their coffers until they do.
Our tradition of democracy and faith call us to protect the vulnerable, refuse silence in the face of injustice, and use our power to act when harm is done to our friends, families, and neighbors.
